Infinergy (Di-Caffeine Malate) is a relatively new patented ingredient created by Creative Compounds. There has been a lot of use of this compound in new pre-workouts as well as focus aids. Infinergy aims to negate these unwanted attributes by ionically fusing caffeine with Malic acid to create Dicaffeine Malate. This works by buffering the salts and allowing for easier digestion.
